Welcome to intoxventures.com! All our products come with a 12-months warranty and can be returned for free within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons! The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please email us if you have any problems!

How to return and get a refund/replacement?

Step 1: Please email us and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

Step 2: We will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and we will provide the return information.

Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, we will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

Reasons supporting free return: wrong item sent, quality issues, doesn’t match the description and damaged.

Reasons not supporting free return: arrived too late (not within our control), don’t want/need/like it, without manual, and user’s error.

Please note that warranty will be voided if the products are modified and misused in any way and without our approval.
